From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. Despite arriving early, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even upgraded our room to a larger one at no extra charge. the property itself is a beautifully restored traditional old house with a rich history. the rooms are tastefully furnished and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. the bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the breakfast offered more than the usual Italian breakfast, and the food at the on-site restaurant was simply amazing. it was a truly memorable experience. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Il Palazzo for our first visit to Abruzzi. The charming old taverna style outside and familiar environment made us feel right at home. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms provided a nice view from the balcony, while still maintaining the feel of the past with the comfort of the present. The convenient access to the apartments from the small courtyard and the easy parking added to the overall convenience of the residence. The warm and efficient staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The excellent restaurant on the ground floor serving local cuisine from neighboring farms was a definite highlight.

The bathrooms, although tiny, were modern and well-maintained, preserving the original features of the rooms. The restaurant, located in an old stable, served a simple menu with exceptional quality of food. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy parking nearby and a short walk to the old town center. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance, friendly staff, and outstanding amenities.

While the hotel itself was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, as they made mistakes with some orders at the restaurant.
